[VIDEO]:The Fountain of Youth

THE FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH –

Is it possible to feel younger as we get older? Well, for jewellery designer and business man Jerry, from Boulder, Colorado, it certainly feels that way.

He decided to slow down life and find more work/ life balance. And as a result, has made many new discoveries, enhanced his relationships, and found more happiness.

Maybe there really is a fountain of youth, and what a beautiful place to hear about it; at the magical old ‘Chalice Well‘ in Glastonbury, England…

Sweet Freedom: A Joy Ride for you with Dolphins

Hi there,

Here’s 2 minutes of Calm and sweet freedom for you… being swept along with Dolphins.

Ever-smiling Dolphins represent peace, harmony… and playfulness!

Notice how they swim in Pods. They are social creatures, and Bottle Nose dolphins like these are even known to be empathetic; cooperating together to rescue the sick. They have much to teach us.

This is raw, uncut footage from the Great Barrier Reef, Queensland, Australia, kept long to really give you a feel for the experience.

Jump on board and enjoy the ride (and the swim) 🙂

Can you Enlighten Me.. have you been swimming with dolphins? How was the experience for you? I’d love to read your comments below.

A Kate Bush tune – a soothing lullaby

A beautiful bedtime tune from Kate Bush to lull you to sleep, or just bring you a moment of calm.

“Among Angels”…

So soothing.

Sleep well – with a clear conscience

clear conscience

Hello lovely people,

I was on my country walk in Somerset, England and discovered someone was so kind as to put this sofa out for a pitstop!! 🙂 Very comfy, and a nice spot to reflect on life, and enjoy the view.

Shortly afterwards a French proverb really jumped out at me. I had just been thinking how I do sink into a soft pillow each night with a good feeling – because of a clear conscience, knowing I’ve done all I can to do my best.

We can’t be responsible for how others treat us, we can only be responsible for ourselves, our own actions and words…and our own conscience!  If someone says something nasty or rude, we don’t have to retaliate. We can say and do what feels right for us, and go to sleep at night knowing we did our best.

Best wishes,

Myfanwy

(PS, Granted, that whoever dumped it, might not have a clear conscience!!)

Keep Calm and…
